About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at the Charles River Center. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement behavior support plans, guidelines, and other documents necessary for CRC and DDS regulations.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other assessments as needed.
  • Design and oversee data collection systems to ensure accuracy and reliability in tracking behavioral outcomes.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) and provide ongoing training, feedback, and support.
  • Manage and support a caseload of individuals, facilitating collaboration and optimizing outcomes.
  • Attend and actively participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and coordinate efforts.
  • Provide training to ensure all stakeholders involved in the individual's care are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in behavioral crises, conducting risk assessments, developing crisis intervention plans, and providing guidance and support.
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide support, including program staff, Program Directors, Residential Directors, family, guardians, medical staff, SLP, OT, PT, and outside agencies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or currently enrolled in a master's program.
  • Hold an active BCBA certification or in the process of attaining a BCBA certification within one year.
  • Proactively maintain credentials annually.
  • Experience and knowledge in the principles of ABA and working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Hold a valid Safety Care certification.
  • Successful completion of all state and agency mandated training.
  • Fluency in English and ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
