Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our surgical team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Responsibilities- Decontaminate, assemble, and distribute sterile instruments to ensure aseptic technique.
- Identify and maintain accurate records of all instruments used during procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in sterile processing or a related field preferred.
- IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification required.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
