Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech to join our team for a travel allied healthcare position in a dynamic healthcare setting. As an Echo Tech, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases
  • Operate and maintain echocardiogram equipment, including transducers and ultrasound machines
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining informed consent
  • Develop and implement plans for patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • Current certification as an Echo Tech
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in echocardiography
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
