Role Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care. Your duties will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Administering medications and managing patient documentation.
- Providing respiratory care and monitoring vital signs.
- Coordinating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting and communicating patient conditions using electronic systems.
- Facilitating discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
- Specialty certification is preferred.
- One to two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- ICU experience is advantageous.
