Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
