Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Poolside Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
