We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Analyst / Incident Response Specialist to join our team at Node. Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats and incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cyber threats and incidents to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
  • Provide expert-level support in the detection and analysis of cyber threats and incidents, including network traffic analysis and log data review.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging cyber threats and trends, including threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Contribute to the development of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular threat intelligence briefings and share knowledge with the team to stay up-to-date on the latest threats and trends.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • DHS Suitability
  • 2+ years of directly relevant experience in cyber incident management or cybersecurity operations
  • Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies
  • Knowledge of the NCCIC National Cyber Incident Scoring System
  • Knowledge of general attack stages
  • Skill in recognizing and categorizing types of vulnerabilities and associated attacks
  • Knowledge of basic system administration and operating system hardening techniques
  • Knowledge of Computer Network Defense policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Knowledge of different operational threat environments
  • Knowledge of system and application security threats and vulnerabilities
