As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individualized patient assessments, identifying nursing diagnoses and developing personalized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including education and discharge planning
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Current RN licensure in Nebraska or Compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- 1+ year of RN experience, preferably in pediatric cardiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
