Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reception and dispatch of materials, ensuring efficient inventory management, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties include:

  • Supervising the incoming and outgoing materials to maintain an organized warehouse.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by managing order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate records of warehouse inventory.
  • Supporting warehouse staff and collaborating with inside sales as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service roles is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
  • A valid Driver's license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred, with the ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Physical capability to walk, bend, and lift weights exceeding 100 lbs.
  • Limited travel may be required.
