Lennox Hill Radiology seeks an accomplished Radiology Patient Care Expert to excel in providing world-class patient care and support in our dynamic radiology office. With a commitment to quality and excellence, we strive to deliver the very best in patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Register patients, collecting signatures and verifying necessary documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with back-office staff for efficient patient care, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, confirming arrangements and communicating changes as necessary.
- Provide patients with comprehensive orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, offering directions to facilities when required.
- Answer phone calls, displaying excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and respect towards patients, guests, and colleagues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Advanced computer skills
- Effective multitasking and strong communication skills
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Desired: medical terminology knowledge and recent experience in a medical or radiology office setting.
Compensation Details
The estimated hourly compensation range is between USD $16.00 and USD $22.00, based on qualifications and experience.
Working Schedule
This role requires working morning shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm.
