Claims Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the claims process, working with clients to determine their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible care. This includes negotiating with adjusters, managing a junior team, and monitoring case details such as court dates, settlement offers, and verdicts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the case, including client contact, filing paperwork with the court, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and tracking insurance claim status.
  • Communicate with clients to update them on their case status and answer any questions they may have.
  • Review case files for accuracy and add new information as needed.
  • Assist clients with obtaining treatment for injuries sustained during accidents.
  • Supervise junior level team members.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in claims management, preferably with a caseload in New York.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with adjusters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
