The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in HVACR service, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial and residential customers. This will involve maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment, traveling to job sites, and collaborating with dispatch to manage schedules and communicate delays to customers effectively.

We strive to deliver exceptional customer service, and as a member of our team, you'll contribute to achieving this goal. Requirements include a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and valid social security number. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), and work from heights. Some basic computer skills are necessary for this position.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our competitive compensation package demonstrates our commitment to rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.

Work Environment: The position requires regular travel to job sites within our designated service area.
