Job Summary

The Host/Hostess is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for residents, guests, and staff in the dining area. This includes arranging seating accommodations, greeting individuals, and maintaining a friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange seating accommodations and greet residents, guests, and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Supervise dining room personnel and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events and activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school graduate required
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
