- Collaborate with clinic neurologists and nurse practitioners to provide independent clinical assessments and patient management for neurological conditions.
- Demonstrate self-direction and the ability to operate with minimal supervision, adhering to established Standardized Procedures.
- Coordinate patient care, deliver education to patients and families, and ensure safe continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and make appropriate referrals as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- DEA Certification
- Preferred experience in neurology
- Strong rapport-building skills with patients
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
