APi Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the site management of an insulation/sheet metal contract, maintaining weekly job progress reports, coordinating the expedition of required materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and site inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly job progress reports, field-verifying physical installation of materials and associated man-hours.
- Assist in preparation of progress payment requests (invoices) for submittal to customers.
- Write correspondence as directed by the Project Manager, pertinent to the project.
- Maintain organized inventory files for material, equipment, and tools.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
- Experience working in construction.
- Familiarity with APi's operations and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
