Janitorial Specialist

As a Janitorial Specialist at Cinemark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our theatres are clean and welcoming for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take pride in your work.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This position involves cleaning the theatre and its property during non-operating hours. The standard at Cinemark is 'clean as new', and we strive to always meet this standard. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with the General Manager on areas to be cleaned
• Scheduling time to perform a thorough cleaning of theatre and theatre property
• Sweeping and mopping floor areas, including auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, booth area, etc.

Maintaining carpets (vacuuming, removing gum, shampooing as necessary) is also a key responsibility. Ensuring projection booths, office areas, storerooms, and screens are cleaned only at the specific instruction of the General Manager is another critical task.

Additional responsibilities include keeping cleaning equipment clean and in good working order, inspecting theatre and theatre property to ensure all is clean and in good working order for the opening of the next day's business, reporting any issues to the General Manager, and replenishing restroom supplies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
