- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and use clinical judgment to prioritize patient care and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.
- Specialized certifications as needed.
Northwell Health offers a competitive salary range of $68,000-$115,000/year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
