Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver at Graybar, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This is a Monday-to-Friday, daytime position that offers a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimal delivery routes to meet customer expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service while delivering products
  • Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Inspect vehicles and supplies to ensure safety and quality
  • Safely operate vehicles at all times
  • Maintain accurate truck logs
  • Work a local route with no overnights or weekends away
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical requirements necessary for a warehouse environment
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Experience driving a van or truck with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 26,000 pounds or less
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
  • Pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification
