What You Can Expect

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with dialysis RNs and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive better patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration) or equivalent experience.
  • OCDT certification required; CHT license a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
