Position Summary:
The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities focused on the operation and upkeep of the healthcare facility's infrastructure and equipment.
In alignment with our core values, the Plant Operations Engineer will take ownership of their duties, ensuring adherence to standards of Dignity, Collaboration, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on engineering experience in the maintenance and operation of systems within a healthcare, industrial, or commercial setting.
Completion of a recognized stationary engineer apprenticeship program lasting at least four (4) years may substitute for the required experience.
Proficiency in managing high-pressure boilers, emergency power systems, and HVAC systems, along with familiarity with the tools and materials necessary for the maintenance and repair of such equipment is essential.
