About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, leading and mentoring our esthetician team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Combine your expertise and artistry to design customized facial and body treatments that meet the individual needs of clients.
  • Team Leadership: Hold team members accountable to delivering the Massage Envy client experience consistently and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Business Growth: Control expenses per service, manage inventory and supplies, and participate in new service and product launches to drive business growth.
  • Professional Development: Become a trusted adviser for estheticians to help them pursue their career goals and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
