Job Summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at the Bayshore Outpatient Imaging Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality CT scans on patients, ensuring technical accuracy and patient safety.
  • Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and administer contrast when necessary.
  • Position patients for optimal imaging, select appropriate techniques, and monitor patient data.
  • Perform quality assurance on CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Outpatient Imaging Team to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
  • Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT).
  • Registered CT Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-CT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB(CT)).
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist or two years of experience as a Radiological Technologist with CT education or experience.
