Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, emptying trash bins, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately manage cash transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
