Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with VCA members in the EU/CEMEA/AP regions to navigate complex policy situations.

Requirements
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 6 years of work experience in data analytics or data-driven consulting.
  • Fluency with KPI application to business decision making, along with experience storytelling and influencing with data.
  • Highly organized self-starter.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams with a client-facing outcome-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience and technical familiarity with data analytics.
  • Demonstrated track record of adding value through process and program ownership.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain how policy applies to a proposed approach.
  • Ability to consistently apply structured thinking and good judgment to analytical inquiries, communicate guidance in a reasoned, fact-based manner.
  • Ability to work with professionals in different time zones.
  • Experience sharing VisaNet-based insights with external clients.
  • Consulting and/or payments experience.
  • Good understanding of GDPR.
