We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Team Leadership: Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
- Training and Development: Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles, and trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
- Operational Excellence: Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
- Problem Resolution: Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Store Execution: Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizes as needed, and communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities.
- Availability: Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Merchandising Knowledge: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
