About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's success and shape the team culture. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with our CEO and CTO to build the initial version of our product, collaborate with customers, and help establish the company's culture. We're looking for a true partner who excels at building great software from the ground up.

Responsibilities

* Define and challenge product requirements
* Seek customer feedback
* Stick with projects until customers are satisfied or features are removed

Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience working in Ruby on Rails
* Familiarity with JavaScript
* Experience working with a relational database, such as MySQL or Postgres
* Ability to work in the United States (citizen or permanent resident)

* Salary range: $150k - $200k, depending on experience
* Substantial equity in the company

Location

This position is based in Seattle, with engineering primarily based in Seattle as well.
