Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at a long-term care nursing facility in Roscoe, NY. This is a full-time position with an attractive compensation package.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistently accurate, tasteful, and cost-effective meals for residents.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, meeting standards for portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to safe food-handling procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification after hire.
• Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
