Position Highlights:
As an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse in EP Cardiology, you will enjoy:

Role Requirements:
  • Experience: Preferred background in clinical nursing or primary care settings, with strong telephone triage skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Warfarin management, medication refills, and insurance processes.

Educational Background:
Graduation from an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program is required.

Licensure and Certifications:
  • Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage prior authorizations related to prescriptions.
  • Assist with TVAR patients and the placement of long-term monitors.
  • Conduct wound checks and provide necessary care within designated time frames.
  • Ensure proper functioning of implanted devices through regular assessments.
  • Utilize Epic In-Basket for task management and coordination with EP providers.
  • Complete device management worksheets for patients undergoing procedures.
  • Collaborate with EP physicians during patient evaluations.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
