Job Summary
Blue Light It LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in both cybersecurity and IT services, with excellent troubleshooting skills and strong knowledge of MS365 management and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to clients and manage the development environment of our software team.
  • Help businesses stay secure, compliant, and fully operational.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements
  • 2 years of working experience at an MSP/MSSP.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in both cybersecurity AND IT services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; You thrive on solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of MS365 management and security.
  • Familiarity with CIPP.App (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal).
  • Good understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, CMMC, and similar regulatory requirements.
  • Solid working knowledge of NIST and CIS frameworks.
  • Proven experience with incident response; You know how to act swiftly and decisively.
  • Familiarity with self-hosted GitLab; You understand its setup and maintenance.
  • A true team player who collaborates well with others and values shared success.
  • A self-starter who operates at an 'A-player' level, taking initiative without needing direction.
  • Legal to work in the USA.
