We are actively seeking a full-time Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to become a vital member of our team.
Compensation: $33.65/hour, based on licensure and experience
Under the guidance of the Facility Director of Addiction Recovery Services (ARS) and in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor will perform thorough substance use evaluations and offer both group and individual therapy for individuals engaged in addiction treatment. This licensed expert will monitor patient progress from an initial assessment through to their discharge from treatment.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in a behavioral health discipline.
- Current Indiana behavioral health license required (LCACA, LCAC, LSW, LCSW, LMHC preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in addiction services.
- Must provide current tuberculosis documentation and certifications in first aid, CPR, BLS, and AED use during initial training.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
