Position Overview

TravelNurseSource is collaborating with ICONMA, L.L.C. to recruit a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Hemodialysis.

Role Details:

Title: Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis

Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the comprehensive management of patient care, which includes:
  • Overseeing the inventory and distribution of medications within patient care settings.
  • Developing, implementing, and assessing individualized patient care plans in accordance with ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
  • Acting as a patient advocate and providing essential support and information to patients and their families.
  • Utilizing advanced medical equipment and demonstrating technical proficiency in nursing procedures.
  • Educating patients and families on critical self-care practices.

Incentives:
  • Sign-On Bonuses:
    Nurses with over 1 year of experience: $20,000 for full-time commitment with a 2-year agreement.
    New graduates with less than 1 year of experience: $10,000 for full-time commitment with a 3-year agreement.

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state.
  • A minimum of 3 years of dialysis experience, including at least 2 years in a chronic care setting and 1 year in an acute care environment; certification in nephrology nursing is preferred.
  • Critical care experience may be considered in lieu of acute dialysis experience.
