Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of assembly operations on electrical and mechanical products, following written procedures, drawings, and established workmanship standards.
  • Build mechanical and electrical assemblies, working from written instructions and using company-supplied hand and power tools.
  • Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes, adhering to assembly process specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with teams of 2-8 people, ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED with relevant experience, preferably technical school.
  • Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment to highest standards for quality.
  • Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with hand-eye coordination and mechanical dexterity.
  • Exposure to hand tools and power tools, as well as work instructions and blueprints.
Working Environment
  • Approximately 90% of the work is performed in a precision, light industrial production area, with the remaining time spent in office and warehouse areas.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
