By providing care in the home, community, workplace, or school, we promote greater health through the recovery process, achieving industry-leading outcomes that dramatically improve functional skills and independence for patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide physical therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.

\Responsibilities:\
  • Provide physical therapy services as outlined in the patient's Plan of Treatment
  • Confer regularly with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress, questions, and concerns
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of equipment, treatment areas, and department spaces
  • Report any issues with department equipment to ensure it remains in good working order
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to Physical Therapists and assist in securing special adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation programs
  • Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in accordance with company, facility, funding source, local, state, and federal regulations
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, HIPAA guidelines, corporate compliance programs, and relevant professional practice standards
  • Participate in internal staff development programs, meetings, and continuing education as required by company policy and regulations
