Security Officer - Console Lobby

You have the skills, and we have the opportunity. We're looking for a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Fort Worth.

As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to security incidents, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Job:

  • You'll be standing, sitting, walking, or climbing stairs for extended periods.
  • You'll be completing patrols in a large fulfillment center and outside areas, including a parking lot and trailer yards.
  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You'll be completing security screenings and badge access duties.
  • You'll have computer literacy and advanced phone skills.
  • You'll be able to read and write detailed reports.
  • You'll provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You'll observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You'll know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Your Background:

  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
  • You'll be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, that's a plus.
  • You'll have a Texas Security License (GardaWorld will help you obtain this license during the hiring process).
  • You'll have a CPR certification (GardaWorld will help you obtain this license during the hiring process).
  • You'll be at least 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older for driving positions) as required by applicable law or contractual requirement.
  • You'll have a valid driver's license (for driving positions) with a good driving history (pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check).
