We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to partner with patients in their journey towards regaining mobility and achieving optimal functionality. The Outpatient Physical Therapist will focus on enhancing the quality of life and movement capabilities through various phases of health promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and therapeutic objectives.
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to patient requirements, incorporating exercises, stretches, and diverse therapeutic modalities.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure in Washington as a Physical Therapist.
  • In-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  • Preferred experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Open to recent graduates.
