Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Elements Connect. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user-centered design approaches to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-friendly digital products.
  • Create visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces, including icons, typography, color schemes, and graphic elements.
  • Build interactive prototypes to illustrate and validate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Define and optimize information architecture and navigation to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products and platforms.
  • Ensure designs are accessible to all users, adhering to accessibility guidelines and standards.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve designs.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience with business process mapping and modeling.
  • Omni-channel design and delivery experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead design projects, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative and constructive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
