Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide comprehensive speech therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide speech therapy sessions to students in a school-based setting.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for clinical fellowship (CFY).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
