Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to join our team as an After School Program Instructor. This part-time position will support K-3 students at our Lower School Campus or Grades 4-8 students at our Upper School Campus.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, social interaction, and skill development.
  • Assist students with homework assignments and provide academic support as needed.
  • Promote a positive work environment and relationships with team members and school staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
  • Foster a safe environment that allows students to form close relationships with peers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Supervise students during program activities and ensure their well-being and safety.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred qualifications include an Associate of Arts or Science degree, prior experience working with youth, and certification in CPR and First Aid.
Time Commitment

Afternoon work schedule with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Monday-Thursday 2:30 to 6pm. Friday 12:45 to 6pm. Hours may vary slightly by site.

Compensation

Hourly rate commensurate with experience, within the range of $20-23/hour.
