Key Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising their work to ensure tasks are implemented.
* Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
