Building Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Acquisition.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling preventive maintenance, managing vendors, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the proper upkeep of the building, including landscaping, pest control, janitorial, handyman services, and other recurring needs.
- Schedule maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of food and beverages in the building at all times for events and employees.
- Meticulously document expenditures for budget analysis purposes.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages to respective departments efficiently while ensuring proper disposal of packaging materials as necessary.
- Create an outstanding experience for visitors to the building, ensuring a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
