We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Must be fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Rhode Island
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Ability to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive compensation package, up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
