We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season.

We contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through their support of related in-store initiatives, such as our in-store recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, and eliminating the purchase of single-use plastics, as well as by promoting our refill products to heat targets.
Job DescriptionAs a Beauty Host Consultant with L'Occitane En Provence, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest experiences while fostering genuine connections with each customer. You will achieve this by extending warm hospitality, offering personalized beauty moments, and immersing guests in the warmth of Provence.
Your role will involve prioritizing each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, keeping an open mind, and welcoming feedback openly. You will also support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative to solve problems and put the customer's needs first.
You will foster a team culture that is both positive and inclusive by offering direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues. Effective communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
We value entrepreneurial attitudes, strong communication skills, creative problem-solving ability, and adaptability and flexibility. Basic Technology Skills are also required. Experience in skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial but not necessary.

L'Occitane En Provence offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
