- Beer Clarification: Utilize our GEA centrifuge to clarify beer, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Barreling and De-barreling Operations: Perform barreling and de-barreling operations, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Cellar Operations: Conduct miscellaneous cellar operations, including yeast handling and pitching, dry hopping, CIP, general cleaning, and sanitation.
- Warehouse Operations: Clean all surfaces in and around the production warehouse areas, adhering to strict safety and quality control standards.
- Packaging and Distribution: Assist with kegging, canning, and bottling beers, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
- Other Brewery-Related Tasks: Perform other brewery-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
- Thorough Understanding of Beer Production: Possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of beer production, including grain handling, yeast management, filtration, packaging, and QA/QC.
- Hands-on Brewing Experience: Have hands-on brewing experience in a production brewery, or be able to substitute homebrewing experience or certified brewing education.
- Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Strong Safety Knowledge: Possess a strong overall understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and requirements.
- Physical Demands: Be physically capable of regularly lifting up to 55lbs and maneuvering 165lbs, comfortable working at heights, in cramped spaces, and awkward positions, and in hot and cold environments for an extended period of time.
- Age and Background Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and illegal drug test.
- Attention to Detail and Multitasking: Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Commitment to Quality and Hard Work: Demonstrate a commitment to quality and hard work, with a passion for quality craft beer.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
