Job Summary

Career Opportunity: Area Manager Specialty, West-Central

CSL Behring is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and utilizing CSL Behring products, managing territory business development, and cultivating relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote Products and Increase Usage: Develop and implement strategies to promote CSL Behring products to select call points, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Develop and Grow Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and development.
  • Implement Territory Business Plans: Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with clinical technical literature and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth, knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
