Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Jabil. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily process yield reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with test engineers to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase process yields.
  • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process bibles and 5x5s to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Operate automated electronic test equipment and ensure quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with project test engineers to review and improve test processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the manufacturing team.
Requirements
  • AS degree, technical school certification, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role.
  • Knowledge of test engineering procedures and quality control principles.
