Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team in the Salina, KS Area. As a retail pharmacy professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including order entry, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage retail pharmacy operations, including order entry and review
  • Lead a small retail team and provide guidance on pharmacy operations management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication adherence and patient outcomes
  • Provide immunizations and other pharmacy services to patients
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Pharmacist licensure in Kansas
  • Experience in retail pharmacy operations management
  • Leadership skills, including people management and communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
