Treatment Room Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
First Care Health Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Room Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordination of outpatient nursing services.
Responsibilities:
- Care for and coordinate outpatient nursing services, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Care for emergency department patients, utilizing your expertise to provide timely and effective interventions.
- Assist with collection and compilation of quality reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.
- May assist with caring for hospitalized patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
- Work closely with our Chief Nursing Officer, Employee Health, Surgical Services, Pharmacy, Rural Health Clinic, and providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned, including participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certifications in ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Chemotherapy certification is preferred, but training will be provided.

- Competitive hourly rate of $36.47.
