Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with nursing and organizational leaders to achieve and sustain high patient satisfaction scores
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient throughput and reduce length of stay
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent patient care
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive nursing management experience
- Current RN license and ACLS certification
