The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary and healthy nursery ecosystem, ensuring the success of the nursery, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing horticulture, garden center, and nursery operations

  • Monitoring nursery stock, including soil, fertilizers, and liners
  • Grow and maintain plants, trees, flowers, and shrubs, and stepping up to appropriately sized containers
