NorthWest Arkansas Community College is inviting qualified candidates to create a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in the English discipline.

When a vacancy arises, the hiring department will assess the applications on record.



Compensation:
$765 per credit hour

Essential Qualifications


A Master's degree in English or a Master's degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in English is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications

Prior teaching experience is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in leadership roles at a community college or educational institution is beneficial. Demonstrated teaching proficiency is of utmost importance. Instructional experience and leadership experience within a community college setting are prioritized. Proficiency in utilizing an online platform is essential.

Experience in online instruction delivery, technological integration for teaching, and familiarity or interest in project-based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning will be given special consideration.
